Honda Jazz Mk2 2008-2015 / 2011 Jazz EX drivers seat bolster wear
« Last post by josall on September 18, 2026, 06:48:03 AM »Hi every one my 2011 Jazz EX drivers seat bolster on the backrest is wearing through.
Can anyone suggest a replacement cover or has anyone made their own repair in similar circumstances?

I had them running havoc with the screens driving in snowfall so badly, I had to turn them off.
In case you are wondering how to do this: You have to fiddle with the "driver information interface" (the one you can reach via the home button and thumb wheel on the steering wheel) scroll to "Safety Support" and select the parking sensor system icon.
You can find this information in the MY24 online manual on pages 143/144 and 158 as well.

I know if a fob button gets pressed it can produce a sound but I don't remember it being a bell
My solution to that was to ensure my house keys were across the buttons side of the fob in my pocket

I was almost going for the Corolla like yours. The problem with the Corolla is that I have a 9 year old kid who is soon going to be a teen and we drive mostly in the city... But still I wonder because I want to keep the car as long as possible and Toyota is legendary in that regard.

This isn't very reliable though, as after going through the palaver of the USB/Garmin website shenanigans it will still sometimes say 'your Garmin is up to date'. Every now and then it will throw a curve ball.. and there will actually be an update.
