Online Service History - Not Working

I just phoned my Honda dealer because my service history wasn't online.
They said they needed to push a few buttons to get it set up.
It took about 30mins for it to appear online.

Hi,
I also have nothing in the digital maintenance register,
just the car data, the color and that's it.
There's no trace of good maintenance.
I think that dealers do not purposely include this information on the site so as not to let anyone who goes to read this information know (in the case of selling it as used) the true conditions of the car
