handbrake/rear discbrake adjustment

my jazz has new discs & pads fiited at local garage as hand brake wouldnot hold on sloping drive at home.it seemed ok for a couple of weeks but now you have topull the lever fully on but the rear brakes creak when you get back in the car and seem to roll back a bit. any ideas would be much appreciated. kendo.

Firmly apply the footbrake as you pull up the handbrake, it might help.

Mines like that as well
I didn't see it as a problem partly because that's how mines always been
