Have a look here, http://www.hondafitjazz.com/manual/A00/HTML/02/SAA2E02E15100013001KBAT00.HTML

Thanks but that is referring to Automatic in USA as it says "Honda ATF-Z1 Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)"this is not the correct fluid for CVT gearbox

Has anyone on here done a fluid change on a MK2 CVT Gearbox

Thanks

You could try looking in your Owner,s Manual under Specifications/ Capacities.

Mine says: Automatic transmission fluid (CVTF) Change = 2.8 litres Total 6.15 litres.

What that means  - I do not know.

When you drain any auto gearbox only roughly 1/3rd of the oil comes out..

So the first figure is the drain amount and the second the total oil in the box.  Basically to change ALL the oil, you empty and refill 1/3rd. Drive a bit, and repeat a further twice...(which means you dilute the old oil, not change 100%..)

To do a "proper" change see...http://tinyurl.com/kh75bhp

and read how to do it.. http://tinyurl.com/l6jkjkt
