Drive side engine mount problem?

Hi there,

As you guys may know i got this car 2 weeks as is still under warranty, i have spotted this on the engine mount, could someone confirm this is normal or is it a snapped stud?



I am hoping to go today, if someone could confirm this is normal or is a snapped stud.

If you can, could you also take a picture of your engine bay for me showing the 2 studs?

Same as mine. Perhaps there is a dowel there to locate something.

you should get a replacement cap for the air con valve

If the car has an existing defect/s and its under warranty you have the basis of a claim
Have the vehicle inspected then submit their findings to the dealer to put right or give a full refund

Too right i need an air con cap ... where do you find one ?
