Replacing mats
« on: April 19, 2013, 07:05:26 AM »
I needed new carpets for my 2005 model. I assumed the Honda replacements would be near the £100 mark and paid £35 for some. They didn't fit. I returned them and discovered that the Honda mats were just £56. Price had been reduced for my model.

My experience with the company I dealt with was as bad as it gets. No replies to messages, long delays on an 0871 contact number which I failed to access. Returned mats. No response. Then followed with a letter two weeks ago. Still no reply.

Out of curiousity I googled. Came up with this.

I added my own experience late in the thread.

Moral of my tale.

Get your mats from Honda.

An update.

I have now been contacted by Yourcarparts. There had been a problem that caused my messages not to get through. I have received a refund and apologies and as far as I am concerned the matter has now been satisfactorily resolved.
