Wing mirror stalks
« on: August 02, 2026, 11:53:25 AM »
What's the most cost effective way of sorting these out, new unit or remove and respray?... Also the indentation in trim any ideas where i can get some 1.4 stickers to fit... Think that's what was in there originally 🤔 ?
Thanks

The white parts aren't actually metal .... some sort of plastic or composite, I would think, so it makes the primer choice a bit difficult, as even Honda didn't find a primer that would last the ravages of time.
I would say that you would need to remove the wing mirrors and disassemble them if you want to paint them or wrap them.
Probably wrapping might be the better long term option, but I've no idea whether you can get "colour code matched" wrap.
