Today I test drove a 2012 1.4 CVT Jazz.
As I was tootling along I saw a light on the instrument cluster flash on. It looked like "ECG". So when I got back to the seller, I told him there was a ECG light on that flashed for a few seconds. I asked what does it mean. The seller was surprised and wanted to know where the light was and what colour was it. I told him it flashed a couple of times and I said I was colour blind and did not have a clue.
So we went out, he drove and I pointed where it was on the display.
Apparently it was a green light and it actually displayed ECO.
I assume it comes on during light throttle driving. Can any body illuminate me what it does/mean?
