Fob not working

Hi. The fob has stopped working on my Honda Jazz 2011. Is there a battery inside that needs replacing, or does it need to be reset at a car key place? Also, although I can gain entry with the key, the battery has died on the car, is this because of the fob? Thanks for your help

If the battery is dead then the central locking wont be working.  So probably nothing wrong with the key fob.  But yes there is a battery inside the key fob which is easy to replace.
