HFTapp stopped

I cant connect my mobile to the car as it gives a warning HFTapp stopped.
What does this mean

This error only  seems to come up when "phone" is pressed on the screen.
The phone is still paired and I can answer a call ok

Press and hold the power button on audio for 5 to 10 seconds to force a reboot. Otherwise complete a factory data reset in the general/system settings menu.
