radio/dashboad no power

a short story (hopefully) son bought a new to him honda jazz 2019 found the dashboard/screen not to his liking as wanted to show his phone screen on the dash so he can use google maps instead of the car maps (i know i know )why buy the car it was from a mate at work had it 2 years low ish miles lady owner etc to good to refuse and a fair price

and to the short story son bought a android car screen arranged for a mate that has installed one on his car come to fit it turns out his was older model and his was just a pull out standard model not a dash unit so they got it out put the new android unit in and the unit would not power on mate went home and he called me to have a look

so i removed the android unit put back in the old one to test if power etc is ok and no power to the old unit looked in the book found acc the fuse is ok

ive attached 2 photos the green wire constant 12v+ green wire is the one im looking at and has no power im trying to locate the fuse for

any one know the fuse that covers this wire ? ive cheaked quite a few but not found a busted fuse as yet any one know what fuse i sould be looking for (im assuming should be quite a big size fuse as the cable is quite a size )

looks like some insulation tape in photo, could this wire be the issue? why is it there in the first place?

have you checked the fusebox under the bonnet as well as the one behind the glovebox?

i genuinely dont know i'm just curious & i hope you find the solution.
