What MPG are you getting from your Mk1 Honda Jazz ?

That's near as good as the 109mpg I got when I rolled the car down from the ramps last night.

This is the trip that the figure was achieved over. I used a ScanGauge, which computes the mpg from the fuel fed to the injectors and the mileage covered. I reset it as the video starts and it returned the figure on the display at the end. I was right into hypermiling at the time. The best I ever got, top-up to top-up, was a calculated 70.9 mpg in ideal summer conditions. I always kept my tyre pressures at 35 psi front and rear and checked them weekly.

My jazz runs 100% on bioethanol on warm days (about 3/4 of the year) and 60% in winter.

I've got the engine light on everytime, and I believe it's because the ECU gets crazy because of the mixture, but as soon as I'll fill up the tank with unleaded, it goes away.

Been driving like this for about 8 years now, no issue so far and it's way cheaper on the fuel station

Of course the car is a little bit more of a guzzler under alcohol, and I will do about 500km with a tank!

It used to be very interesting to run on bioethanol a few years back, when it was only 0.20c per liter, but since covid and all the fuel price madness, somehow it went up to 0.70-80c per liter which is crazy...

I get around 25mpg :'( I drive pretty short journeys through my town though so that's probably why. When I go on A roads etc im getting around 35-45mpg

I drove in 1st and 2nd that's it and my car gets about 12l/100km

About twice a year I drive 360 miles each way up and down the North Island NZ not all on the very quickest route. Laden with equiv of about 4, my 2002 65,000 mile CVT typically does an indicated about 50 mpg, probaby 45 true. Trip mostly at 55-65 mph with about 25 miles of 30 mph zones. The land rises about 3,000 ft to middle; a distinct difference on the uphill or downhill side. Winds affect the figure markedly and can be puzzling. Around major city, avoiding the extreme rush hour holdups, does about 35 mpg unladen. Early on it had the clutch pack changed to cure shudder but with later oil no problems.
I had previously run 1950s and 60s 1.5 litre cars with less performance, less room and 60 mph max cruise; 30 mpg.

67mpg after new exhaust fitted (turns out badly) up to Scottyland & back, on only half tank & 60-70mph. However down south on minor & A roads averages 54mpg. Took photo of the mpg / trip & petrol gauge when I realised the motorway mpg was excellent performance. By then (the photo shot) it had dropped to 66.5mpg  . Newly purchased , 2 previous owners , 107000m on the clock. 1.2 Jazz 2006.
