Occasionally, if I accidently brush against the electric window controls,the side windows might open very slightly, yet still appear to be fully closed. There is a considerable increase in wind noise, although you tend to hear this over your shoulder rather than from the mirror area.
It might be worth checking that the window glass channelling is fully seated and flexible and there is no undue resistance or obstruction . Sensors might interpret this as the glass being fully raised when in fact its not quite fully seated. Other door seal rubbers might also be slightly out of position.
If the other door is noise free compare the rubbers on each side. One possible test is to carefully mark the position of the closed window to show exactly where the glass meets the top rubber channeling. Then partially drop the windows and measure the distance from the mark/tape to the top of the glass. This will show how far the glass enters the sealing channel when closed. Both sides should be very similar. If not it might be a clue
