Honda Jazz Fuel average

Hi all, I’ve got a 2011 Honda Jazz Hybrid (Japanese import) but the fuel economy seems really low about 83 miles from 12L. I’ve already done a service, changed spark plugs, checked tyre pressure, and cleaned the petrol sensor. I drive very gently too.

Anyone else had the same issue or know what I should check next?

I can think of these:
- handbrake not releasing fully (check if the wheels rotate easily)
- acc compressor stuck or difficult to operate (turning acc off and see what the difference is)
- odometer not correct (use navigation and odometer to compare)
Is your car also very slow?
