Honda Jazz GD. Lower arms and track rod ends.
« on: May 31, 2024, 07:32:34 PM »
Looking to replace both lower arms/track rod ends on my Jazz because of the MOT. Can anyone recommend any brands or where to purchase, as dealer prices are far too high. Thanks.

https://www.parts-honda.uk/honda-cars

Find part numbers, put in ebay or something, buy from reputable brand with a warranty.

I tend to buy a lot of parts via Ebay. Always find what you need there.

Autodoc.co.uk is also an extremely good place to compare prices from different parts manufacturers, and they list part numbers too which makes seaching for bits really easy on the wider web.

Always worth a ring, are your local motor factors. Ask for their best price, or any discount for the hard up? Some factors are happy to discount to get the business so worth a punt in my experience.

Also check with Eurocarparts and GSF. Both are decent motor factors with outlets widely across the country,  though I've noticed they aren't quite as good value as they used to be,  maybe just an effect of recent inflation and importing costs.

Having just installed febi drop links, strut top mount bushes, and having a pair of febi lower control arms to go on, I can vouch for febi so far. Only a month or so so far but probably about 1k miles no issues! Easy to install, once the rusty AF old ones came off with a fight!
