OEM Starter

Hi, I own a 2008 Honda JAzz (1.5S A/T) and after a trip to a car electrician, they found out that my Jazz's stock starter is grounded (?)

They said I need of replacement. Been searching online and found tons of OEM. Which brand of OEM Starters would you recommend?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT:

I found this site with many OEM <LINK REMOVED> and their brands are AC Delco, A1 Carreone and such
 ... Are these good brands?

I would go for the 'Denso' brand as that's what Honda use as OE.

If the car was new in 2008 and the starter has shorted to earth then I would expect it to be replaced under warranty. Have you checked with Honda dealer.

Me thinks Honda will nullify the warranty upon transfer of ownership.

That shouldn't normally be the case. But I see you are not from the UK as we don't get the 1.5 litre engine so maybe the warranty cover is different where you are?
