How do you replace the offside rear seat belt?
« on: July 08, 2023, 12:00:08 AM »
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience replacing the rear offside seat belt on a Mk2 2013? Or if they know of any guides out there I could follow?

The dog has chewed through the seat belt and I want to avoid paying the ridiculous garage fee to get replaced.

If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it very much.

Thank you.

Chris

Not something I've done, but the manual can be found here: http://hondafitjazz.com/manual3/index.html

Refer to section Driving Support & Restraints for seat belt replacement.

Most welcome. Good luck with the repair.

Breakers yard for the part I suppose? Ebay would be my first port of call. Dread to think what a new item from Honda would cost, but might give them a call just to find out.
