Removal of front grill
« on: August 07, 2010, 01:23:56 PM »
I'm thinking of changing my grill for the chrome one fitted to the new Si models.

Does anyone know how to remove the original one? Can I be sure the Si grill will fit?

It's an official accessory so no doubt will come with fitting instructions.  Otherwise it's £250  :o fitted by your dealer.  See here http://www.honda.co.uk/cars/jazz/#accessories/exterior

Hope this helps.

Yes, it fits. Its genuine access. I have it on my comfort 1,4 (ES I guess).
Here you have instructions from Honda work book (replacement but I guess it can't be different with chrome one). Mine was installed by honda service though.

Problem solved! Local bodyshop fitted it for £20. Did it without completely removing the bumper.
