Hi

Please do not turn off any firewall

I suspect dns but you need to provide the error message for any help

Lastly, when you test again, if same issue, can your mobile browse the Internet. If not, the issue is on your mobile

Many thanks

John

Does this only happen with the car ... have you successfully used your phone to provide a data connection to some other device? Some mobile contracts don’t allow the use of a phone as a hot spot (which they call “tethering”). Not sure how they detect or prevent it, but maybe your contract is one of those?
