yeah , need to find a decent free program to get all the album art onto the usb stick :(,
doesn't Windows media player have a search for artwork option??

http://mp3.about.com/od/tutorials/ht/WMP-auto-album-art.htm

Alternatively right click and save as through amazon. Bit of a ballache that way though.

Just e-mailed the ebay seller with a request.
Interestingly, the part number he comes up with (going by his recent auctions and the results I get typing it into google) is actually 08B00-TF0-510...(see attachment).

Anyway, I've emailed asking if he might be getting any more in and am waiting for a reply. Hopefully, he'll be able to get one sourced for me  ;)...

P.S. @ Stephen, that headunit looks great with the foam surround...very professional imo.

Bloody 'ell  ??? - just found it on eBay.

Different seller to you Stephen, but same part and sold as brand new...... have just finished ordering everything:

Fascia panel  = £50 eBay
Wiring Harness (CTSHO003.2) + Steering Control patch lead (CTALPINELEAD) = £35 eBay (took your advice and bought the more expensive but definitely compatible one)
Honda Female Aerial to Male DIN adapter = £3 eBay
Double DIN Alpine CDE-W235BT = £154 Car Audio Direct
Alpine KCU-445i USB/iPod lead = £17 Car Audio Direct

The lead isn't sold with the HU so I had to buy it separately, but it came out cheapest from Car Audio Direct (even cheaper than eBay).

Total cost £259.

This will allow me to remove the vampire taps to the rear speakers from the amplified sub and send the signal via better phono leads.....plus I get AAC support and BT handsfree built in.

EDIT 12th May: Just awaiting one more part from the Honda dealership and I should have it all done tomorrow - will post up with piccies  :)...
