Thanks for this Thread!
My jazz had ABS light on since i bought it and i wanted to replace the whole pump aswell. Luckily i came across this post sooner than i got some replacement pump :D

Removed the motor from the module, split the rotor apart from the metal plate with bearing and then sourced some larger brushes which we sanded down to the correct dimensions to fit. Also cleaned the contacts where brushes were touching the rotor (mine were completly busted). Then it was just a matter of putting it all back together and stuffing it back in the car. Voila, ABS is working again!

Note: the plastic carrier which houses the brushes and power probes may be brittle and the clips holding it in place on the metal plate CAN snap off. We got around it by using very small selftap screws and a 1.5mm drillbit.

Hi, I am trying to fix ABS light on my Honda Jazz, can you please advise how did you manage to take out the motor to replace the brushes without taking out whole pump, is there any useful video ? Thank you

In attachments i put a photo of ABS module. When you open the hood you can see the top part of the pump and the Brake lines going to it. There are two screws, one on top, other on bottom (circled in red). Unscrew them, jiggle with the motor a bit and it should pop out. Be aware that its a bit harder to put it back in again due to those power leads and offset output shaft (note its position with sharpie or take a photo of it before messing with it)
