Advice needed on Jazz purchase

I think possibly 'Jazzway' has answered his own question:- "But then, i have never had a Jazz CVT.".
My first Jazz was an I-shift and it nearly put me off the Jazz for life. My main concern was the long time it took to change gear, particularly from 1st to 2nd.
I guess most manual drivers can change gear in less than a second.

And that's so nice about the iShift, i can drive it manual as well and use that a lot. From 1st to 2nd gear i always do in manual mode. I really never have the problems you had.

I agree with Jazzway. The 1st 2nd change is just the clunk that I do not like but as to slow changes, well I have already stated after 3 auto boxes I don't think the gear change is that slow.
When I  accelerate briskly up a steepish hill in 1s,t yes it does have a habit of hanging onto 1st.
If the preference is for a CVT box then go for it.
