Tailgate trim panel repair

I have managed to crack the plastic panel that sits above the number plate on the tailgate. It is the one that the Honda badge sits on. Is this an easy repair i.e. buy replacement panel, remove interior trim on tailgate to access fixings, remove and replace? Phoned one breakers yard and he was unsure whether the plastic trim could be removed and asked if I wanted a complete tailgate. Hopefully not! Any help much appreciated.

Not sure what difference if any there is post 2004.

what on earth happened to the grey one? :O i am after rear headrests from a pre-facelift Jazz so next time you are there can you ask them how much?

All this stuff is cheap as you have to remove it yourself, a seat is £17+vat so a headrest I'm guessing a fiver, trim probably a couple of pounds.

Who knows what happened to the grey one? 30k miles in 12 years = OAP car, at least driver area was still 100% with no airbag deployment.
