New Car
« on: April 19, 2014, 10:21:22 PM »
We said goodbye to the Venus orange 1.4 SE with 100k and the noisy gearbox today. Replaced with a shiny new Milano Red 1.2 S. A good deal done with Crown Honda, Bushey. Thank you Gary.

We still have the '56 reg 1.2 S on 40k, which I will now use until my new Hybrid arrives from the Trust lease scheme.

I already like the new car, rides well and the engine is very willing even at 6 miles.

Got a 4 year old 1.4 EX today in Metallic Deep Purple.
Great car, came with full dealer history  (49,000 on clock ).
They gave it a full service & valet before I collected it ,I checked the oil to make sure & it`s nice & clean.
Couple of scratches on door mirrors & o/s wheel arch but they are getting paint for it & will arrange to have it done ( at no cost to me ).

Can`t fault dealer of service by staff although they only left 1 gallon of petrol in when they said it would have half a tank, not really bothered about that though.

Mike
If it moves,Funk IT !!!

we had a few scratches on ours that the dealer "sorted for free". Which was basically the salesman with a touch up kit doing a poor job. If I'd known that's what they were going to do, I would have told them not to bother. Live & Learn, I'll ask next time.
