Does anybody have any good advice on fitting a tow bar and rear bike rack? I have a 2012 1.4 ES.

Bosal towbar on eBay here, but you`d need a car specific wiring loom too (from £26):

.
Thule is selling a lot of different bike racks, some are hanging on the rear door or sitting on the roof or sitting on the towbar:

.
I do not have a towbar on my car.

The optional (detachable) towbars available from Honda are made by Bosal.
The Thule tow-ball mounted bike racks are excellent - very easy to fit, very stable and very sturdy. You can lock it on the ball with an additional lock fitment.
