Charging the battery and starting the car with another car

Hi everyone,
some simple questions (probably obvious) but which I couldn't find the answer to quickly reading the car manual:
1) If my car has a flat battery, can I recharge it with a battery charger? And if so, which charger do you need?
2) If my car has a flat battery, can I start it by connecting the battery to the battery of another car? Are there any procedures for doing this?
3)With my car, can I use cables to give power to another car to start it? Are there any procedures for doing this?

Maybe these are trivial questions but I don't know what to do with the hybrid car.

I carry one of these power bank starters.  The are very small but  claim to be able to start even a conventional  car, so should be able to power up the computers etc to initiate the start on a Hybrid.   But I have not yet needed to use it. 

I wouldnt risk giving another car a jump start  with my Jazz. But have the option of offering to help with the power bank.

3) The battery in my Jazz has the text 44B19L MF on it, and by quick google search it looks like it can output 340 CCA (cold cranking amps), which could be enough to start some small car's engine perhaps. But still safer for your Jazz, if you don't try it.

A while ago I bought a Ravpower small lithium power bank, with 14,000 mAh capacity. My next door neighbour's Fiat 500 wouldn't start because its battery was flat. The Ravpower was used successfully to get that car started.

Since then I have bought a big (not so very portable, weighs 15 kg) Portable Power Station thingy that has a 1.5 kWh lithium battery capacity as a backup in case of 230v power cuts. It could be used to charge up the Jazz 12v battery and would do that very easily via a 12v lead.

in the end I decided that I will never even make an attempt to charge with cables so I can get rid of the worry,
I will only use a battery charger in the garage if necessary
