Which part number AC pressure switch?
« on: April 24, 2023, 10:25:09 PM »
I have a 2012 Jazz Hybrid. Can anyone tell me which AC pressure switch fits this car?
And, I have read conflicting info as to whether you do have to purge the refrigerant (i.e. its a non-schraeder valve) or you do not need to purge the system (i.e. schraeder valve).
Thanks!
Jeff

You should be able to get the part numbers here :

https://www.parts-honda.uk/honda-cars/JAZZ-HYBRID/2012
Let's be careful out there !

Thank you for the link Kremmen. For some reason when I type in a known part number or the words 'thermal protector' in the search it's coming up with no Hondas match your search so I don't know what I'm doing wrong with their search interface but I'll try it again.

Yes, the search function isn't the best.

You need to find the appropriate diagram and dig in.

A real pain

I spent an hour doing that last night, with no luck,

Why are you searching for "Thermal Protector" when you are asking for the "AC Pressure Switch"?

P.s. Pressure sensor part number is 80450-TF2-003

Where do the low pressure switch sit?

On some modern cars you can read out from the OBD the pressures in the AC but I guess not on the Jazz Mk.II?
