I've done the update before without any hassle. Yesterday i did the update again with update 2023.10. After finishing the update the system said remove the usb and then push the restart button on the screen.

So i did. since then its restarting every so many seconds. The screen reverted to the home page. Trying to change anything is really difficult due to the restarts.

Any idea on how to solve it? Reinstalling the update didn't work

solved it by factory reset. Took about 6 times to get it started due to the restarting

I'm sure I read somewhere that after you get the extract USB and Restart message wait about 30 secs before doing so as it's not fully completed.

My Mrs had the same issue in WindowsXP when it said "It's now safe to power down" so she pulled the plug immediately and next bootup was a nightmare.

Certainly in my Civics you needed to wait a few seconds after the message before pulling the flash stick after priming ready for download, and it would not do any harm for the same after an update has gone in before the restart.
