Honda Jazz SRS airbag recallJazz Mk4 front camera recall
Looking at this Honda media release it seems the 1.3 engine has direct injection.https://hondanews.eu/gb/en/cars/media/pressreleases/58326/2015-jazzIs there anything you should do to reduce the carbon build up on the valves over time, or is it not a big problem on these engines ?Have many of you done high mileages........... without any issues ?
so the de tuned mk4 1.5 must have direct injection too
I think you could be right, looking at a lot of reviews and technical specs of 1.3 cars for sale they all say multi point injection.
Doh, I found a pic of a L13B2, the close up of the front side without intake manifolds: intake ports and fuel injectors are clearly visible, so this is another proof about port injection.

There has been some cases about carbon buildup in direct injected L15B engines in US, which is also used in 1,5 GK5 Jazzes also in Europe, but that may due to low quality fuel compared to what we have here in Europe.
