rear speakers
« on: December 28, 2016, 10:01:42 PM »
are the wires there to fit rear speakers?

i fitted some in my 2003 & they were there but that was a higher spec than my SE?

what speakers do you recommend?

the reviews on the OE ones 39120-TF0-901 say they're pants.

thanks

Honda has a habit of fitting a minimum wiring loom to it's cars, you might be able to do a quick check through the door grommet or by lifting the sill trim on one side.  These are the colours according to the wiring diagrams at hondafitjazz *.  The cars with dashboard tweeters have them wired in parallel to the front door speakers.

When did you change your car?

Speaker                   Audio unit connector / Wire colours
Left front door speaker   A23 (+) LT BLU  A22 (−) LT GRN
Right front door speaker  A19 (+) BRN     A18 (−) RED
Left rear door speaker    A11 (+) GRY     A10 (−) BRN
Right rear door speaker   A7 (+)  BLU     A6 (−)  ORN
