Changing headlight and sidelight bulbs on GE where they are accessible from under the bonnet is so much easier than GD where the only way was to take off wheel and the wheel arch under-guarding plastic. As I did a lot of miles in my GD (most of them at each end of day, so in winter all in the dark) I used to change headlight bulbs in the summer every 12 months on a nice warm summer day, only changed a bulb in the winter once and nearly froze to death lying on the wet ground - and no good wearing gloves as it is bad enough to feel what you are doing with bare fingers.
@ Ozzie - I'm sure Honda will contribute to the cost of replacing the bulb.
