Alloy wheel size?

Sup guys I'm looking at getting some Rota Slipstream 15" for my jazz gd3 which I'm going to lower it at some point

But I'm just not sure which would be best 6.5" or 7" ???

4x100mm ET40

Any help be great or advice be great thanks
