I am a big fan of Mintex m1144 or the equivalent Ferodo fast road pads on stock discs. I have not used these on my Jazz but have on many of my other cars. Feel is great and I never faded them.

I would have the softest pads you can get for the rear as the rear brakes hardly do anything. I do think discs are overkill on the rear of most road cars.

Try EBC "Green" pads on the front, with EBC "Black" ie standard, on the rear.
They work very well.
