lowering springs fitted

How much should I pay for some lowering springs fitted at any local garage? Or is anyone local who can fit them for some money's??

i would say about £100? maybe less?

I was charged £250 supply and fitted for Eibach springs at my local auto garage

I was quoted about £200 (4 hours work), so I decided to fit them myself. Only took me 2.5 hours, the rears were swapped in 30mins, very easy.

Yeah I didn't think it would be too much or shouldn't be too much will pay as last time had a bad experience fitting some coilovers to my old car with a friend who used to work for Audi and he didn't put it in properly and came out on a country road and cost me £450 in garage repairs :/ was thinking some

I have FK Automotive springs.
Nothing bad to say about them. Very good value.
