Rear seat belt buckle mashed
« on: December 19, 2011, 07:44:18 PM »
I Mashed the centre seat belt buckle the other day. It was caught between the two parts of the rear bench when I was folding it back down. I couldn't figure out what was happening and used a bit too much welly.
Anyway , I need a new buckle because the MOT is tomorrow and I think they test the seat belt function.

I have knicked the one out my old man's Jazz temporarily (honest, I'll put it back Dad!).

Does any one know of a good breaker of Jap cars, or Honda specialist (near Glasgow?) where I can get a part cheap. (I'm not even asking Honda).
I'm happy to buy on-line but when I searched I kept getting all these agencies who want your name and address up front before they will search for you. I'm not into that, I don't like middle-men.
Thanks

Hi wulbert, this is a small company near me that is a family run buisness, they bailed me out a while back when i overtightened a bleed screw on my rover 416 (honda engine) and i broke the whole top of the housing! this was during the festive period, he took one off a concerto engine he had! so i was back on the road in no time... my saviour!! give him a try, i am sure he will post. No middle man. Private number straight to the buisness. No harm, hope he can help you. Here is the link to his address and phone number....
