Headlight lens fogged up

Hi to you all this is my first post on your forum.

I've had a search in topics, but i haven't found anything which would help me with my Honda jazz 2002 which has got condensation in the headlights can someone help me with details on how to remove clean and hopefully prevent it from coming back.

The answer I got from a Vauxhall dealer when my company Astra had the same problem was to switch my headlights on, the heat from the bulb evaporates it, they refused to replace it under warranty.
