Hi Degzi,
Thanks for the reply, yes flying stones are a problem I hear but mine is ok in that respect and is indicating good pressure on my gauge - perhaps not the most accurate but consistent.  I'm unsure why all info says there is a sticker inside the fuse box yet none exists on mine and no one on the forum has yet said they have one.  Lots of fuse info but no relay layout.  I have motorcycles, a late classic Mini and a V12 Jag, all with information inside lids!

I ain't rocket science, I just need to know which is the A/C clutch relay to test and eliminate it.

Probably Honda has considered relay replacement as workshop level repair task.  That would be in line with the non-availability of a workshop manual for GK Jazz. Honda wants to keep all repair and maintenance information strictly within Honda dealer network and to prevent users to get that information.

Are you sure the AC clutch is not clicking in.
If you look at the compressor is the clutch plate static or rotating when you turn on the AC?
Also The AC cooling fan should come on when the AC is turned on.

I don't know which is the AC relay but there are quite a few posts on the Civic forum where the original Omron relays have failed and been replaced with Mitsuba which are apparently more reliable

I see you have 1 Mitsuba but no idea what circuit that is

Thanks for the shot of the relay box, unfortunately nothing like our 2018 SE NAVI, they must all be different, but even that photo doesn't identify which relay controls which circuit, despite what I read in the text.
Kremmen, yes, these A/C relays are known to fail on ALL Honda models, all I need to do is find which one it is!
Paul, the clutch does not operate when the button is pressed, if I knew which relay was involved I could bench test it and then do a jumper across the output terminals to see if the clutch clicks in.
These are our fuse boxes, larger one between battery and bulkhead, smaller on opposite side.

This is what mine looks like - I do not know if this is my vehicle or the earlier model.
The documentation on the electrics is very sketchy.
I know this will not help you, but the information is there somewhere, I was lucky. LOL

I remember owning a 1988 Mazda 323. It had an explanation printed on the inside of the fuse box cover. Could this be the case for Honda too?

That's where this thread started. In Jazz there is no information inside the cover nor in user manual.
