Yes I am also not sure saving a few pounds is worth it but on the other hand if it the alternative fluid been widely adopted we would have heard horror stories by now, if any.

Does someone know the part number of the crush washer for the transmission fluid bolt? Outer diameter is 24-25 mm as far as I could measure (badly).

That kind of part number information is much quicker found from Honda parts diagrams in the Internet than asking here. Anyways it appears to be 90471-PX4-000. And in case you wonder, the price is for 10 pcs.
