Garmin 2026.10/2027.10 map update

Got a notification to update maps. Used Garmin Express with the usual shuttle the USB drive back and forth game. But, unlike previous times, the progress indicator didn't go over 100%.

Totally blank maps. Address lookup locks up after entering a single character. No detail at all until you zoom out to the country level. Some POI indicators but no roads.

Checking the list of installed maps it looks like it might have got both 2026.10 and 2017.10 installed.

I have exactly the same problem. Screen saying map update available. Jazz Hybrid 2023. I have successfully updated maps before with no problem - apart from usual USB runaround. The closest map installed I have to the UK is Ukraine! The UK maps are completely missing. I have tried several times to reinstall and have had 300% complete - whatever that means! Does anybody know without erasing everything else can you clear the nav map memory?

I have the same problem. Been onto Garmin and sent logs from the app so hope they can sort it out.
