06 JAzz 1.5 VTEC key not coming out of ignition

Hi guys

im new to the forum but had my Jazz for 5years already.
Im having a problem where i cant remove the ignition key once it turn the car off & placed in Park.
It doesnt happen all the time & will happen at random times.
The key will can be removed once i restart the car & reverse out of wherever i am & then it will be fine again.

Has anyone else had the same problem & what was the solution to fix it?

It could be the park lockout switch on the gearbox.
