I have the following problem: After trying to reset the "oil change notification", the car is in the state in question. The display shows 6 dashes. (attached photo)
Information: The car is a Honda Jazz 2012, gasoline
- After the reset test.
- When I received it after the oil change, I had to enter the radio code. (The mechanic claims that he did not disconnect the battery)
- I am not sure if he connected diagnostics. There is a reset test by holding the button (which is visible in the photo) next to the display and switching with the ignition key.
- The display still shows, for example, a forgotten key.
What have I done so far in an attempt to solve the problem:
- Disconnected the battery for 15 minutes
- Checked fuse number 22
- Diagnostics at the service center - deleted errors (which, according to the person, have nothing to do with the problem but with the fact that he was left without electricity.. which is true)
How would you advise me to proceed to solve the problem?
