Center console question please

Hi all just purchased a 2003 1. 4 SE
Is this centre console / armrest / storage bin an after market installation or did it come as standard?.
The lid / cover is missing and I am struggling to find another.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It was a Genuine accessory - Part number 08U90-SAA-610 and the padded lid was a separate part 08U89-SAA-620A
