chinese radio upgrades

Hi,
   Does any one have any experience of the plug in Chinese radio upgrades for the Mk 2 jazz.I have got two speakers off on my factory radio and have been told it is the radio. Thought if I was going to get another one I might as well get a dab radio, then I saw these Chinese ones that have sat nav etc and thought they would do me as I don't want to spend a lot as I am not a radio buff. When I started to look through the list it started to get complicated for an old gadgie like me who is not tec minded, and the auto people I phone are no help in telling me witch package to buy. So. I wondered if any of you out there could recommend a unit that I could buy that would give me Dab radio, sat nav and if it included reversing camera ,that would be a bonus.Thank you for any help.Trev

Having sat-nav included with a radio at first appears to be a good idea, however the BMW I had with a radio/sat-nav unit built-in seemed an expensive way as the maps constantly needed updating and the CDs to do this were quite expensive.

What I did with my Jazz is fit an aftermarket Pioneer unit with a touch screen (FM/AM/DAB radio with CD player and USB slot) and a seperate TomTom sat-nav unit (which at the time came with free map updates via the internet).

The only problem is that I never leave the sat-nav in the car as it would probably not be there the next morning!

If you can get a unit with satnav that links to your phone you can use Google Maps which are constantly updated

That's a good point. I hadn't thought of that and I believe many updates of Google maps are through users who report traffic etc. updates / changes.

The reason I am a fan of TomTom is that just after I installed it we went to a family gathering in Kent. We were diverted all around country roads, which I thought a bit strange, so thought we were going to arrive late. As it turned out we were one of the first to arrive as that was the day the M3 was closed in order to remove the accident damaged bridge (where a lorry had crashed into a it and made the bridge unsafe). Most of the other guests hadn't been aware of the M3 closure.
