I am helping my Dad with his car (2007 honda jazz cool 1.2 L12A1 Portuguese spec) and the remote looking and unlooking function on the key isn't working.
The car runs fine with the key, and it opens without problems on the door or the buttons inside, but when I try to open remotly it does nothing. I already changed the battery and verified the board and everything looks fine, but the small led doesn't light up when I click on the buttons (I acidentally discovered that the led is good with the multimeter) and the car doesn't respond, even if I try to do the "lock, turn off, turn on, lock" thing.
We would like to not loose that feature but neither my Dad or me wants to spend money on that without being sure of what it is.
