The part number on the new bearing checks out and as its Blue Print (Febi Bilstein), I wouldn't expect that you would have any problems as I've always found their spares extremely good.
When you say that the bearing is "binding" .... can you be more specific?
A new bearing will always feel as if it has some resistance when you try to spin it by hand, but that resistance will be a "smooth, fluid resistance". It is unlikely that you will be able to "get the wheel spinning freely by hand" with a new bearing installed.
