CVT/engine shake under hard acceleration from idle

My sister have Jazz CVT, we have two Jazz CVT use for work. My sister took to garage for service. They changed CVT filter, fluid every 20,000 miles. Three weeks later she told me that her car shake under hard acceleration from idle, for example cross the junction quickly.
I asked her what CVT fluid did the garage put in?
She said Honda ATF.
I have heard that is wrong fluid for Jazz CVT.
I shall have to drain for her, it means I need to remove the sump of CVT to remove the filter inside and outer filter as well, fresh drain out the wrong fluid.

But I can't find new gasket seal for CVT sump?
I did buy full kit a few years ago
Now it seems not on eBay any more.
I can't remember the OEM number of kits?
Anyone know the number I would be appreciated.

Before you change the oil can I suggest that you check the engine mounts, especially the rear one.

She took to three garage, two of them said likely wrong fluid. ATF not subtle for Honda CVT. One said likely clutch of CVT is failed. But the car is only 54,000 miles.

I more to believe the wrong fluid. I have read Jazz USA forum of 1.5 VTEC, People put ATF in, the engine shake when move on. My bet is on the transmission fluid.
