Not available in the UK and just so you know, you do need to remove the rear bumper to access a screw at the rear of the trim, took about 30-40 minutes for the whole job.

No problem ordering from Japan, took just over a week, delivered by Royal Mail & no VAT, duty or handling charge.

Many thanks UKjim for your reply.
I think much as I would to go ahead with the conversion, I feel, at my age (87) it’s probably a bridge to far, re removing the bumper etc.
Like others have said, the reflectors seem far more useful, than a dummy grill?

I’m a little behind you on age but managed fine, if you had been nearer to me I’d be more than happy to fit them for you or indeed any one else in the North West.

Well, I’m certainly giving my age away here.
Just been out and looked at the back of my car, albeit only 2 weeks old and it already has reflectors, in the locations being discussed.
I really must get out more.  ;D ;D

Possibly because you have a Mk4 car, the OP is describing a mod to the Mk3.
