Honda has already made improvements to the Insight hybrid in response to early feedback. The Insight, which uses a mixture of Jazz and Civic parts, has received changes to the suspension and interior.
Initial reports were negative of the hybrid's ride and road noise levels, resulting in Honda making changes to the springs, dampers, suspension brace and mounts. Interior materials and colour scheme have also been improved. Specification changes have been made with parking sensors now standard on ES and above models and a new EX model has been introduced with leather, DVD-based sat nav and handsfree telephone equipment to head up the range. Two new colours are now available - Dynamic Blue Pearl and Carnelian Red Pearl.
