Hi
Been using the honda + app on my 2 month old jazz ex, I have had no problems at all and found the app useful. Yesterday the app stopped updating, the page is frozen on yesterdays date and when trying to connect to update, just keep getting an error message says, unable to connect to internet due to poor signal,
And to restart and move car. I've done this several times with no success. The signal on the house is very strong and the car parked in the same location
 I've not altered Any settings
Any idea how to get app working again

My previous Civic had similar.

Going out and switching on and waiting up to 15 minutes had no effect, the car wouldn't connect and I got a no internet message.

The only way to get a signal was to go for a drive.

I had no problem for years but in the last few years I got repeated messages to prove ownership by starting and stopping the engine when told. Probably because I rarely opened the app so not having it now is no issue for me.

It is quite buggy, I had a trip not even appear recently.

It’s only useful to me for checking mileage, fuel remaining and mpg for recent trips - not essential.

The app still shows fuel used in litres when it’s gallons and also doors open/lights on when I can see they aren’t.

Mine was forever telling me that my car was on the move, probably on a transporter when it was safely tucked up in the garage.

You will find numerous posts on this forum about problems with the Honda+ app. It can be incredibly frustrating and its overall performance/reliability is in complete contrast to the car itself, which is of course excellent.

I read somewhere that far and away the biggest source of consumer complaint   with ALL makes of car relate to  problems with their  infotainments systems, phone connectivity, apps  etc. 
  I will fix that dripping tap.  No need to keep reminding me every 3 months.

I suspect our dealer was foresight or experienced when we bought our Jazz.
When we started asking about the My Honda+ app, we were told: try it and see if it's useful for you. But our opinion: never pay for it. It's not worth the money.

Can you imagine how surprised we were that a dealer gave such advice...?

Another Honda+ app bug for me today - it hasn’t recorded two trips I’ve made of 55 miles each. But does have the car status after starting first thing.

Despite refreshing, the app still thinks I haven’t done them and it’s minus 1 inside and I have the doors open and the lights on!

Car is where it has always been, in the open with good gps and phone signal.

Hi everyone,
                Loaded the Honda+ app and linked to car ok. I do get the padlock saying I’ve left doors open when checking
                Phone, so I’ll see how it goes

I don't think so - previous issues with the phone connection were all that happened. Before I have only had one day when the app wasn't working.

Maybe server issues with the app again? I tried to delete the car from my garage but that didn't work either.

Just spoken to customer service. They say there is an issue with the system that the digital team are aware of and they are currently also changing servers. They do not know how long the issue will take to fix
