I've had problems recently with the voice guidance disappearing totally from the SatNav on my EX (settings at volume level 11) running maps 2021 V1.0 (which is suspected of being a rogue 1st edition)
From postings elesewhere in forum the voice guidance appears to be back to normal following a self installation of map update 2022 v1.0.
Honda Customers service even suggested that the absence of sound for turn by turn "could be a design feature" ......confusing the Jazz with what is a limited volume output on 2019 models of CRV hybrid!
On a separate ongoing WiFi connectivity issue the dealer is struggling to get helpful and timely responses from Honda Technical (Car been in 4 x now and they want it in again for "more Tests").
Contacting Honda Customer services produced this response: -
"Thank you for contacting Honda UK.
Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced with your satnav.
To continue addressing your query, please be kindly advised that our technical department is the Honda authorized dealer network and the technically trained personnel there. Consequently, they would be most qualified to assist you with the satnav issue that you are experiencing. Since you are still awaiting for a reply from Honda Technical regarding this, as stated in your e-mail, we would kindly suggest an alternative course of action in contacting Garmin’s technical support directly.

I find the suggestion of contacting Garmin directly in response to Honda's failure to deal effectively with what is potentially a Honda Warranty Issue very evasive and just complicating the issue to the point that Honda can try and wash their hands of the problem.
I'd welcome other member's responses regarding any similar experiences on Sat Nav issues and their resolution?
Thanks kindly in advance.
